Line Cook

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks

SUMMARY

A Line Cook accommodates guest’s needs by preparing food according to established recipes and procedures as well as following safety and sanitation guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • May need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing
    utensils, etc.
  • Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience is not required – we will train you
  • Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or ability obtain, where applicable
  • A love for food and an eye for detail with cooking; knowing weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be at  least 18 years old

Bartender

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly dine-in food and beverage Bartenders

SUMMARY

All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Make and execute our alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
  • Operate and cleans bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the
    restaurant
  • Partners with other hospitality service team to ensure the Guests have everything they need
  • Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service

Server

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Servers

SUMMARY

We are looking for passionate servers who strive to deliver unforgettable service to every guest that walks in our restaurant. Teamwork is important and providing customers with the utmost service is your priority. We are a small family-owned restaurant and looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.

We are open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Shifts start early and end early. No evening shifts.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic & Upbeat

  • Must be able to stand for full shift
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Fast paced hands-on position.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers with a high level of customer service which includes taking orders and serving food & drinks
  • Greeting customers as they settle in, checking for allergies and introducing them to the menu
  • Stay guest focused and help clear and clean tables
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving checks and processing payments
  • Keeping server stations clean and stocked
  • Complete opening and closing side work properly & efficiently
